About the Role

As a Senior Data Scientist at MoMo, you will lead high-impact data science work across personalization, growth, risk, fraud, credit, or customer intelligence. You will turn open-ended business questions into measurable solutions used at scale.

You will own projects from problem framing to production impact, influence product decisions, and help raise the quality of the wider Data Science community.

• Lead end-to-end data science projects and define the right success metrics;
• Build robust models, experiments, and decision frameworks for complex product problems;
• Partner with product, engineering, and business leaders to move solutions into production;
• Monitor business and model performance, then drive continuous improvement;
• Mentor other data scientists and improve shared technical standards and practices.

Yêu cầu công việc

• 5+ years of relevant data science experience;
• Strong Python, SQL, statistics, experimentation, and machine-learning foundations;
• Evidence of delivering models or analytical products with measurable business impact;
• Strong stakeholder communication and the ability to lead ambiguous problem spaces.

Nice to have

• Experience in fintech, recommendation, risk, fraud, or credit.
• Experience with large-scale data platforms, MLOps, or model monitoring.
