Senior Data Scientist

About the Role
We are looking for a Senior Data Scientist to design, build, and deliver AI solutions that go into production for enterprise clients. You will lead data science work from problem framing to model deployment, working closely with engineering teams and client stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Translate client business problems into data science and AI solutions, from problem framing and feasibility to delivery.

• Design, train, and evaluate machine learning and deep learning models (e.g., NLP, LLMs, AI agents, speech/emotion analytics, computer vision).

• Collaborate with software engineers to deploy models into production systems (SaaS and on-premise).

• Monitor model performance and continuously improve accuracy, robustness, and efficiency.

• Explore and prototype emerging AI techniques to strengthen the company's solution offerings.

• Present findings and technical recommendations to clients and non-technical stakeholders.

• Mentor junior data scientists and set best practices for experimentation, code quality, and documentation.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Engineering, or a related field.

• 5+ years of experience in data science or machine learning, with a proven track record of models deployed to production.

• Strong proficiency in Python and ML/DL frameworks (scikit-learn, PyTorch, or TensorFlow).

• Hands-on experience with NLP and/or LLMs (fine-tuning, RAG, prompt engineering, or agent frameworks).

• Solid foundation in statistics, experimental design, and model evaluation.

• Experience with SQL, data pipelines, and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).

• Familiarity with MLOps practices (model versioning, CI/CD, monitoring).

• Strong communication skills in English, with the ability to explain complex concepts to business stakeholders.
