Senior Data Software Engineer

We are seeking a Senior Data Software Engineer to engineer dependable data systems and bring AI know-how into real-world, data-driven designs. Responsibilities

• Build and design scalable data solutions that meet business needs and technical constraints
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to keep delivery on schedule and maintain quality
• Shape project direction by contributing to architecture and technical design discussions
• Evaluate code from other engineers and provide constructive reviews to uphold standards
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues throughout development and data processing workflows
• Mentor junior team members by sharing expertise that improves their technical capabilities
• Contribute to planning by defining scope and producing reliable time estimates
• Track evolving technology trends and apply relevant improvements in everyday work
• Document key technical decisions and data workflows to ensure long-term system stability
• Partner with stakeholders to set clear objectives and confirm delivered work meets expectations

Requirements

• At least 3 years of relevant professional experience
• Practical knowledge of AI concepts and tools used to strengthen data-driven solution design
• Strong proficiency in Python to build and maintain data processing applications
• Experience using Apache Kafka Streams to support real-time streaming pipelines
• Hands-on knowledge of Apache Flink for processing and analyzing large-scale streaming data
• Practical experience working in an Amazon Web Services cloud environment
• Capability to use SQL to structure, manage, and retrieve relational data
• Familiarity with NoSQL database technologies for semi-structured and unstructured datasets
• Understanding of CI/CD practices enabling consistent, automated releases of software and data pipelines
• Solid background in Data Software Engineering focused on scalable, reliable data-centric systems
• Knowledge of SDLC Methodologies and their implementation for organized project execution
• Experience collaborating in Agile frameworks across iterative delivery cycles
• Fluent English communication skills at a B2 (Upper-Intermediate) level or higher
