Senior Data Visualization Engineer
Location: Katowice - 2 days in office / 3 days remote
The opportunity
We are looking for a top‑notch technology‑savvy specialist willing to move our projects onto a new track. You will use the most advanced technology stack and have an opportunity to implement new solutions while working with top leaders in their industries. As part of our global team, you will participate in international projects based on Microsoft Stack and Azure Cloud.
Your key responsibilities
As a Senior Data Visualization Engineer, you are responsible for designing and implementing solutions that enable our clients and business partners to make efficient decisions. You will design, implement and deploy reports, dashboards, data models and access rules for end users.
Skills and attributes for success

- Acting as SME for business intelligence related issues in large projects.
- Interacting with data engineers, product/project managers and partners from around the world.
To qualify for the role
- 3+ years of commercial experience in a similar role.
- Strong experience with Power BI or Tableau.
- Experience using various data sources, e.g. SQL, SharePoint, flat files, web sources.
- Strong experience in and understanding of relational and dimensional database design and implementation.
- Understanding of the importance of governance and security rules when handling data.
- Experience converting business problems/challenges into technical solutions considering security, performance, scalability, etc.
- Experience in enterprise‑class solution implementations.
- Flexible and proactive/self‑motivated working style with strong personal ownership of problem resolution and excellent interpersonal skills.
- Very good English (verbal and written).
Ideally, you’ll also have
- Communicative level in one of the following: French (preferably), German, Spanish (verbal and written).
- Experience using Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, etc.).
- Experience with another BI tool like Qlik Sense, SAP BO, Cognos, OBIEE.
- Experience with BI/ETL tools on Azure/GCP/AWS cloud.
- Experience with other RDBMS like Oracle, DB2, Teradata.
- Experience with data lakes.
- Experience with real‑time data processing and data warehousing aggregation.
