Senior Databricks MLOps Engineer
Summary
TEKsystems Global Services is hiring Senior Databricks MLOps Engineers (hybrid, Bangalore/Hyderabad) to take ML models and AI agents from data science teams and deploy, manage, monitor and support them in production on Databricks. Core work spans CI/CD pipelines, Terraform IaC, Unity Catalog, model/agent evaluation and observability, with AWS as a secondary skill.
TEKsystems Global Services is looking for 3 Senior Databricks MLOps Engineers who have personally taken ML models or AI agents created by Data Science teams and deployed, managed, monitored, and supported them in production on Databricks. Strong Databricks MLOps is the priority, with AWS treated as secondary.
Location - Bangalore/Hyderabad
Work Mode - Hybrid

Expectation from the Job
- Production deployment of ML models / AI agents on Databricks
- Build and manage CI/CD pipelines for code and models across environments
- Use Terraform / Infrastructure as Code for Databricks compute and infrastructure
- Work with Unity Catalog, permissions, feature tables and metric views
- Implement native Databricks model/agent evaluation
- Establish production monitoring, observability and dashboards
- Troubleshoot and support production AI workloads
