Senior Delivery Manager – Application Services

About the role

We are looking for a professional with experience in application services management to lead multidisciplinary teams and manage a portfolio of software development and maintenance projects. The position combines people leadership, operational and economic management, and client interfacing, with the aim of ensuring service quality and driving its evolution.

What you'll do

• Direct the provision of application development and maintenance services.
• Coordinate project managers and technical teams, managing capacity, resources, and priorities.
• Supervise the economic results of the services: costs, margins, forecasts, and deviations.
• Maintain relationships with clients and lead follow-up meetings.
• Ensure compliance with contractual commitments, deadlines, and service levels.
• Manage risks and incidents and define improvement plans.
• Participate in proposals, renewals, and growth opportunities.
• Collaborate with distributed teams and international stakeholders.
• Drive the professional development of teams and continuous improvement.

What we're looking for

• Consolidated career in IT services, software development, or application management.
• Experience directing delivery units, managed services, or complex project portfolios.
• Experience leading large teams through middle managers.
• Experience in the economic management of services and contracts.
• Ability to interface and negotiate with clients.
• Knowledge of the software lifecycle and Agile, DevOps, and service management methodologies.
• Advanced level of English, oral and written, to work in an international environment.
• Residence in Seville or surrounding areas.
• Availability for occasional travel.

• Experience with Public Administration clients.
• Participation in offers, tenders, and service transitions.
• Experience in application modernization, cloud, and automation.
• Experience coordinating distributed teams and international service delivery models.
