Senior Delivery Manager
We are seeking a strong Senior Delivery Manager - The role focuses on driving delivery excellence across the EPC DT sector by fostering alignment among stakeholders and ensuring predictable outcomes in project management.
Main Responsibilities
Lead delivery across a product suite within EPC DT, ensuring alignment on goals, scope, dependencies, risks, and progress.

Drive predictable delivery by tracking outcomes, managing risks and impediments, and enabling data-driven decisions.
Optimize delivery flow by improving ways of working and embedding continuous improvement across teams.
Support product suite-level planning, including prioritization, sequencing, and capacity management.
Provide transparent reporting and insights to stakeholders and leadership.
Manage delivery finances, balancing cost and value realization.
The role may include traveling activities to support related delivery or transformation initiatives within and across the product suite.
Key Requirements
6–12+ years of experience in delivery, programme, or project management.
Proven experience driving delivery in complex IT environments.
Experience working across both agile and project-based delivery models.
Strong understanding of delivery governance, dependency management, and risk handling.
Experience with delivery tooling such as Azure DevOps and collaboration tools (e.g., Miro, Microsoft 365).
Ability to translate business goals into clear delivery plans and measurable outcomes.
Proven ability to align cross-functional stakeholders and manage expectations at multiple levels.
Comfortable working with product owners, teams, and leadership across locations.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to create clear executive summaries and delivery reporting.
Nice to Have
Familiarity with Engineering, or holding an Engineering degree.
Empathetic and collaborative approach with a strong ability to build trust.
Comfortable working in a dynamic, international environment.
