Senior Delivery Manager

Behavox is seeking a Senior Delivery Manager for Milan, hybrid, to own end-to-end program delivery across multiple interrelated projects. You will define delivery plans, align scope, sequencing, dependencies, and costs to ensure client value realization.

The role requires 5–8 years in delivery or project management, strong commercial judgment, and the ability to coach junior delivery managers while upholding delivery standards.

Own end-to-end program delivery across a defined program and its projects. Make program-level decisions on scope, cost, effort, and timelines within contracts to protect delivery integrity. Program governance frameworks and delivery controls for multiple projects. Cloud-native architecture understanding guiding sequencing and dependencies. Enterprise data integration with network/connectivity concepts. Knowledge of cost drivers, effort distribution, and timelines trade-offs. Applied delivery leadership; coaching and quality oversight.
