Senior Delivery Manager - Gen AI

We are seeking a Senior Delivery Manager – Gen AI to lead AI-driven transformation initiatives and drive the adoption of cutting-edge AI tools across client accounts. This role combines deep delivery management expertise with a strong technical background to deliver impactful, AI-augmented solutions.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and drive ELITEA and Copilot adoption in the client account
• Lead AI-driven transformation initiatives across delivery teams
• Oversee delivery management and project management activities
• Conduct code reviews and ensure clean code practices are followed
• Manage CI/CD pipeline implementation and optimization
• Define and govern solution and technical architecture of the projects
• Drive AI adoption and AI-driven delivery across the account
• Establish and monitor delivery metrics to ensure quality outcomes
• Provide people management and team leadership
• Ensure adherence to AI ethics, risk and governance standards

Requirements

• 16-18 years of experience in software development
• Background in development with AI-driven transformation initiatives
• Expertise in delivery management and project management
• Proficiency in code reviews, CI/CD pipeline and clean code practices
• Competency in solution and technical architecture of projects
• Knowledge of AI ethics, risk and governance
• Skills in AI adoption, AI-driven delivery and AI-augmented delivery thinking
• Capability to define and track delivery metrics
• Showcase of people management
• Strong EngX experience
