Senior Delivery Manager (Japanese and English)

Salary: ₱150,000 – ₱210,000 per month

About you

• Ability to communicate effectively in both Japanese and English

• 5–10 years of experience in Service Delivery

• Strong understanding of the relevant field of expertise, such as Market, Product, and Service

• Ability to influence stakeholders, gain buy-in, and drive the adoption of new concepts, practices, and approaches

• Ability to apply theories, concepts, principles, and methodologies to complex and non-conventional assignments

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain excellent relationships with customers

• Drive customer loyalty and satisfaction

• Monitor customer feedback through NPS surveys and work toward maintaining high satisfaction scores

• Proactively support customers in strengthening their cybersecurity posture

• Identify and develop opportunities for up-selling and cross-selling

• Identify, develop, and implement impactful innovations within the Service Delivery Management (SDM) team

• Support the continuous professional development of the SDM team through coaching and active participation in team discussions

• Build and maintain strong relationships with internal business teams to effectively support customer needs
