Salary: Rp 10.000.000 – Rp 13.000.000 per month

Mimin is a unified conversational AI platform (chat + voice) helping businesses across Indonesia, Malaysia, Singapore and Australia run customer conversations in one continuous thread: WhatsApp, omnichannel inbox, AI agents and smooth AI-to-human handover.
The role
You own a portfolio of 20 to 30 live client accounts end to end, from onboarding to stable operations. You are the accountable owner for your accounts, not a ticket router.
What you’ll own
Full WABA lifecycle: Business Manager setup, Business Verification, embedded signup, number migration, template approval and quality rating
Broadcast campaign execution and troubleshooting
Proactive platform health monitoring, so issues get caught before clients notice
Escalation to Dev/BE/DevOps with clear repro steps, then driving each one to closure
Per-client documentation: SOP, change log, config record
How we measure success
On-time onboarding rate (go-live by the committed date)
Incidents detected internally before the client reports them
Escalation resolution within SLA
100% of accounts with up-to-date documentation
You’re a fit if
You have 2 to 3+ years in delivery, client success or technical PM on a SaaS Company.
You have hands-on experience with Meta Business Suite and the WhatsApp Business API (non-negotiable)
You know your way around omnichannel or CPaaS platforms
You’re confident in English working with SG/MY/AU clients
You spot problems before they become incidents
