What You'll Lead
- Deliver complex ICT projects end-to-end; scope, schedules, budgets, milestones.
- Translate business objectives into clear delivery outcomes and measurable benefits.
- Coordinate multidisciplinary technical teams and prepare them for successful delivery.
- Manage risks, issues and dependencies with clear mitigation strategies.
- Drive efficient, cost-effective delivery processes across a complex ICT landscape.
- Provide technical leadership and guidance to resolve complex delivery challenges.
- Produce accurate, meaningful reporting aligned to governance and business expectations.
- Maintain strong stakeholder engagement across technical and non-technical groups.
What You Bring
- 5+ years Technical Delivery Management experience in complex ICT environments.
- Strong capability with project scheduling tools.
- Understanding of OpenShift (desirable).
- Broad knowledge of Microsoft technologies.
- Proven ability to lead multidisciplinary technical teams.
- Strong communication, stakeholder engagement and problem-solving skills.
- Australian citizenship and must hold a current Baseline clearance.
