Senior Demand Generation Manager
You will lead demand generation strategy across North America and EMEA, creating and optimising full-funnel campaigns for commercial and enterprise sales. You will manage a Demand Generation Manager, partner with sales and marketing functions, and use performance data to improve pipeline generation, attribution, and reporting.
Responsibilities
- Own demand generation strategy and performance across global sales segments
- Manage and develop a Demand Generation Manager
- Plan, execute, and optimise integrated regional demand generation campaigns
- Lead strategy across paid media, events, media partnerships, email, SEO/AEO, and outbound prospecting
- Partner with ABM, automation, and sales enablement functions to deliver pipeline
- Translate field insights and campaign data into program recommendations
- Establish and lead a structured testing agenda
- Partner with marketing operations on tracking, attribution, and reporting
- Report regional and global program performance to marketing and sales leadership
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in B2B demand generation, performance marketing, or growth marketing
- Experience managing or mentoring others
- Experience with B2B enterprise sales motions and ABM campaigns
- Track record of delivering pipeline through integrated programs across multiple regions or markets
- Understanding of paid media, events, SEO/AEO, and outbound marketing support across the sales funnel
- Commercial understanding of marketing influence on deal progression and revenue outcomes
- Experience with Salesforce and Marketo or similar automation platforms
- Ability to interpret marketing data, share performance results, and influence cross-functional teams
- Ability to build programs from scratch without fully defined playbooks
