Qualifications
- 4+ years in client-facing roles such as product manager, engagement manager, consultant or founder, with direct experience implementing software for enterprise customers
- Background in consulting, business operations or operations
- Experience with more than one major enterprise implementation and regular exposure to VP and C-suite stakeholders
- Executive presence and polished, native-level English communication
- Solid technical knowledge of large language models, APIs, JSON and SQL, with the ability to map customer workflows to AI agent designs (required)
- Proven ability to manage one to three concurrent accounts with distinct timelines and requirements
- Working knowledge of SaaS products, Excel and PowerPoint
- Willingness to work 60 to 65 hours per week and to travel on short notice about 30 percent of the time
- Comfort with ambiguity and a low-ego, team-first approach
- Current authorization to work in the United States; visa transfers (such as OPT or H1B transfers) are considered
