Position: C&S Design Engineer / Senior C&S Design Engineer
Working Week: Monday – Friday, 5 Days per Week
Salary: SGD 6,500 SGD 8,000 per Month (Highly Negotiable)

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage Civil & Structural design coordination throughout the design development and construction stages.
- Review structural drawings, design calculations and technical specifications to ensure compliance with project requirements.
- Coordinate with consultants, architects, M&E teams and subcontractors to resolve multidisciplinary design issues.
- Prepare and review technical submissions, design changes and Requests for Information (RFIs).
- Liaise with Qualified Persons (QPs) and relevant authorities on design approvals and regulatory compliance.
- Provide technical support to construction teams, resolving structural design issues and ensuring timely project delivery.
REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor's Degree in Civil or Structural Engineering or equivalent.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant C&S design experience, preferably with a Main Contractor.
- Experience in large-scale Building Construction projects, including commercial, industrial or high-rise developments.
- Strong knowledge of structural design principles, engineering drawings and Singapore building regulations.
- Experience in design coordination, technical submissions and multidisciplinary consultant coordination.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, structural engineering software and relevant design tools, with strong technical problem-solving skills.
