Senior Design Engineer
The role is based in the Kyiv region, and we will expect you to work full-time in the office. We have a shuttle service from the nearest metro station.
We’re looking for a Senior Design Engineer to join our R&D team and help develop next-generation unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs). You’ll be responsible for designing and prototyping UAV assemblies and components, defining operating principles and structural schemes, selecting components, and integrating systems into complete solutions.

What is your Day-to-Day Mission:
Design & Development
Design UAV assemblies and structural components.
Select and integrate components and equipment into systems.
Choose appropriate materials and manufacturing technologies.
Develop production documentation (drawings, specifications, 3D models).
2. Prototyping & Testing
Build prototypes and conduct functional tests of systems and equipment.
Adapt designs for manufacturability and collaborate with production teams.
3. Collaboration
Work closely with manufacturing departments, subcontractors, and testing teams.
What you bring to the team:
Higher technical education.
At least 5 years of experience as a design engineer in mechanical engineering, aerospace, or related fields.
Proficiency in CAD systems (CATIA, SolidWorks, NX, Inventor, etc.).
Strong skills in surface modeling and complex geometry design.
Knowledge of additive manufacturing technologies.
Understanding of general mechanical design principles.
Would be a plus:
Expertise in CATIA (primary working software).
Experience in aerospace or rocket engineering.
Familiarity with composite materials.
Knowledge of electronics and electrotechnics.
English or German language proficiency.
