Senior Design / Technical Manager
Summary
Leads design and technical execution of semiconductor wastewater treatment and utility systems, reviewing engineering documents and guiding construction and commissioning.
Seeking an experienced Senior Design / Technical Manager to lead the design and technical execution of semiconductor wastewater treatment and utility system projects.
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing technical leadership throughout the engineering lifecycle, including design review, technical coordination, construction support and commissioning.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the engineering design and technical management of semiconductor wastewater treatment systems.
- Review engineering drawings, P&IDs, technical specifications and design calculations.
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors and project teams on technical matters.
- Provide technical guidance during procurement, construction and commissioning.
- Ensure project quality, safety and compliance with client and statutory requirements.
- Develop technical solutions to resolve engineering issues during project execution.
- Support project planning, scheduling and resource coordination.
- Mentor junior engineers and provide technical leadership to the engineering team.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Automation Engineering or related engineering discipline.
- At least 15 years of relevant experience in industrial or semiconductor wastewater treatment engineering.
- Proven experience leading the design and execution of wastewater treatment systems for 12-inch semiconductor fabrication facilities.
- Strong knowledge of wastewater treatment, recycling water systems, drainage systems and related utility infrastructure.
- Experience in engineering design review, technical coordination and project management.
- Good communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to manage multiple engineering disciplines and coordinate with various stakeholders.

Experience in one or more of the following projects or industries is highly preferred:
- Semiconductor fabrication plants
- Industrial wastewater treatment systems
- Water recycling systems
- Utility engineering
- EPC engineering projects
- Cleanroom facility support systems
