We're seeking a Senior Designer who will create aesthetically pleasing products that capture our clients' brands and engage their audiences. You will collaborate with a cross-functional teams including visual, motion, 3D, editors, copywriters, and brand creatives to create beautiful, emotional work that audiences love and crave to engage with. Your goal will be to create impactful concepts and designs that solve client problems in unexpected, thoughtful ways. YOUR ROLE
With your expertise, you will:
Brainstorm and concept independently and within a greater team to create compelling stories
Explore a wide range of creative possibilities and ideas
Create evocative visual solutions that solve the project brief
Translate client briefs into creative concepts that align with brand guidelines and campaign objectives
Develop and refine visual assets across multiple platforms like digital, print, social, spatial, and experiential
Collaborate closely with copywriters, motion designers, producers, strategists, and developers to deliver cohesive creative output
Maintain consistency of design elements across all touchpoints
Communicate your ideas clearly with the creative director and broader team
Constructively critique other designers' work
Participate in client presentations and articulate design rationale confidently
Ensure final deliverables are production-ready and meet quality standards
Stay current on industry trends, tools, and techniques to bring fresh ideas to the team
YOUR EXPERIENCE
5–7 years of proven work experience as a Visual Designer, Brand Designer, or similar role
Portfolio of related work (e.g. logos, animations, campaigns, and graphics) required for application
Passion for design and critical thinking
Hands-on experience with image editing and digital sketching software, including Photoshop, Illustrator, Figma, and the Adobe Creative Suite
Working knowledge of presentation platforms like PowerPoint and Figma Slides
Strong aesthetic sensibility with the ability to combine colors, fonts, and layouts effectively
Self-starter who can manage deadlines while contributing to team projects
Exceptional attention to visual detail
