Senior Designer
You will develop high-quality brand concepts across digital and print formats and elevate the visual identity across platforms. You will create visual stories, present creative decisions, collaborate on strategic briefs, direct agencies and freelancers, manage projects, and lead event creative execution from concept through production.
Responsibilities
- Develop brand concepts across multiple formats
- Elevate the visual identity across platforms
- Create visual stories that communicate the brand narrative
- Present and advocate for creative decisions
- Translate brand strategy, business objectives, and consumer insights into creative solutions
- Manage and direct freelancers and creative agencies
- Provide creative briefs, feedback, and oversight
- Identify and address project challenges
- Lead end-to-end creative execution of events
- Direct environmental design and on-site production
Requirements
- 7+ years of professional design experience
- Portfolio demonstrating high-craft work across digital and print
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud, Figma, and Framer
- Working knowledge of AI tools
- Experience managing agencies and freelancers
- Professional English proficiency
