Your Role: Meet the Challenge

In this role, you will be responsible for the electrical design of special motors, including the creation and modification of electrical designs ranging from medium to high complexity, while applying established design standards.

The work model for the role is: #LI-Hybrid

This role is contributing to the NEMA Motors division in Tlajomulco de Zuñiga, Jalisco.

Key Responsibilities:

• Developing manufacturing specifications for special motors
• Creating order documentation
• Releasing TDRs to downstream departments
• Providing shop floor support
• Generating continuous improvement ideas
• Following up on project execution.

Qualifications:

• 3 to 5 years of experience in electrical design.
• Knowledge of 3D modeling and SAP.
• Knowledge of induction motors, NEMA standards, and IEEE standards.
• Familiarity with NOM regulations and ISO 9000 standards.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Planner, Whiteboard, Forms).
• Experience with AutoCAD, SAP, NTD, SolidWorks, and NX.
• Knowledge of GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing).
• Experience with continuous improvement tools and methodologies.
• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• Advanced English proficiency
