Senior Desktop / EUC Support Engineer
Salary: $6,800 – $10,000 per month
About the role
Senior Desktop / Systems Engineer providing high-performance end-user and systems support to desktop and servers infrastructure. This role is critical in ensuring stability, speed, and reliability across front-office environments, where low latency, rapid issue resolution, and strong stakeholder communication are essential.
Key responsibilities
Provide hands-on desktop, EUC and software support for banking users
Perform incident management, root-cause analysis, and timely escalation for critical issues
Ensure high availability of desktop and systems infrastructure
Collaborate with infrastructure, network, and application teams to provide high available services
Support patching, upgrades, deployments, and configuration management
About you
Minimum 7 years of experience in desktop engineering, systems engineering, or end-user support within banking or financial markets
Good working knowledge of Active Directory, Group Policy and user administration
Experience supporting Ms Office, Office365, Teams and SharePoint
Ability to troubleshoot desktop, laptop, mobile device and peripheral issues
Good understanding of networking fundamentals including TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN and Wi-Fi
Ability to troubleshoot complex, time-sensitive issues under pressure
Excellent communication skills and stakeholder management across front-office and technology teams
Strong problem-solving mindset with a proactive, service-oriented approach
