II. Job Description

Application Development & Support

• Develop, maintain, and enhance a mobile application platform.

• Implement new features and system improvements based on business requirements and user feedback.

• Support customer account management, transaction-related functions, rewards programs, and administrative tools.

• Ensure solutions are scalable, reliable, and thoroughly tested before deployment.

Systems Integration & Collaboration

• Work closely with internal teams and third-party providers on application integrations.

• Support integrations involving payments, data services, reporting platforms, and other business-critical systems.

• Collaborate with vendors to understand system architecture, functionality, and support processes.

Release & Production Support

• Participate in release planning, testing, deployment, and post-production validation.

• Investigate and resolve defects, production incidents, and user-reported issues.

• Monitor application performance and recommend continuous improvements.

Technical Leadership

• Mentor developers and provide technical guidance across projects.

• Support solution design, effort estimation, and application roadmap planning.

• Promote development best practices, code quality, and operational excellence.

Qualifications

Required Experience

• At least 7 years of software development experience

• Experience building and supporting:

1. Mobile applications (iOS and Android)

2. Backend services and APIs

3. Customer-facing digital platforms

4. Production and live support environments

• Experience leading development initiatives, reviewing technical deliverables, and mentoring developers

• Experience working with vendor-supported systems and knowledge transfer activities

Technical Skills

• Native or cross-platform mobile application development

• RESTful APIs and backend system development

• Cloud-based platforms and deployment environments

• Database design and management

• Source control and release management tools

• Technical documentation and troubleshooting

• Payment and transaction-based system integrations

• Exposure to blockchain-related technologies and wallet integrations
