Your Mission

As a Senior Java Developer, you will:

• Lead the technical evolution of critical applications and services.

Key Responsibilities

Software Development & Modernization

• Design, develop, and enhance enterprise applications using modern development practices.
• Perform code refactoring and modernization activities to improve maintainability and performance.
• Deliver high-quality, secure, and scalable solutions aligned with business requirements.
• Contribute throughout the full software development lifecycle, from design to deployment and support.

Technical Leadership

• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to development teams.
• Review technical designs, architecture decisions, and implementation approaches.
• Promote development standards, coding best practices, and engineering excellence.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business needs into technical solutions.

Architecture & Integration

• Contribute to solution design and system architecture decisions.
• Support integration between applications, databases, cloud services, and external systems.
• Ensure consistency across the application ecosystem and technology landscape.
• Participate in the evaluation and adoption of new technologies and frameworks.

Security & Application Sustainability

• Monitor application security, technical debt, and technology obsolescence.
• Support vulnerability remediation and compliance initiatives.

• Ensure applications remain aligned with enterprise architecture and security standards.

Project & Stakeholder Support

• Coordinate technical activities within development and transformation projects.

• Act as a key technical contact for application-related initiatives.
