Senior Developer

The primary purpose of this position is to work with the CTO and provide development effort and coordinate with our various offshore development teams. The position will require a confident technical acumen and be able to provide design solutions for complex problems and to guide technical teams to develop a solution that satisfies business requirements.

The position will also be involved in day-to-day activities involving the business and gathering requirements, understanding and developing processes (in conjunction with the CTO) to improve business efficiencies.

Key Responsibilities:

· Guide technical direction

• Make key architectural and design decisions, set coding standards, and ensure the team builds things the right way.

· Unblock and enable the team

• Work around obstacles, answer technical questions, review code and ensure developers stay on track.

· Translate between business and engineering

• Turn product requirements into technical plans and explain technical details to non-technical stakeholders.

· Maintain quality and consistency

• Own the technical health of the codebase: code reviews, testing practices, technical debt decisions, and system reliability.

· Work with Stakeholders

• Be able to communicate and report on technical activities to stakeholders and the CTO

• Provide reports and updates in a timely manner

• Coordinate with stakeholders to implement and deploy technical solutions

· Develop Individual Projects

• Work on individual projects as outlined by the CTO or key stakeholders

• Create design documents according to document guidelines

• Implement technical solutions to satisfy requirements

Qualifications and Requirements:

· Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field.

· Excellent Communication and people skills

· Experience handling Australian clients or customers is highly desirable.

· With 3-5+ years of experience in .Net Platform (C#, ASP.NET)

· With 3-5+ years of experience in using React, JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML, CSS

· With 3-5+ years of experience in using SQL, MSSQL

· With experience Mobile Platforms (Flutter, Kotlin and React Native) preferred

· Be able to translate activities to processes and business requirements

· Be able develop metrics to monitor and measure process performance

· Understand measures of success for processes

· Have strong skills in software development and encompassing technologies

· Experience in software and database design and architecture

· Implementing of solutions on multi-mode platform such as web, desktop and mobile environments

· Have strong background knowledge on technology and development methodologies, experience working on enterprise-level systems and implementation by working with key stakeholders.

· Must be willing to work for a full-time working on-site arrangement

· Must be willing to work in BGC Taguig City

· Must be willing to work in a Morning Shift
