Senior Development Manager
• Lead the development of residential projects from
planning and design through approvals, construction monitoring, and handover.
• Act as the main point of contact between the company
and major master developers, particularly NHC.
• Manage direct coordination with NHC and ensure
compliance with their development processes and requirements.
• Review designs, floor plans, and product concepts to
ensure alignment with project objectives and market requirements.
• Develop and maintain business plans, financial
models, budgets, timelines, and project feasibility.
• Coordinate with internal teams, consultants,
contractors, and external stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
• Monitor project progress, risks, budget, and
timelines to ensure successful delivery.
• Support the Design team and ensure the project
vision and development strategy are achieved.
• Collaborate with Sales and Marketing teams on
product mix, pricing, and sales strategy.
• Lead stakeholder communication and provide clear
project updates, recommendations, and presentations to management.
Requirements
- Architecture background is preferred;
Engineering or other relevant educational backgrounds may also be considered.
- Relevant experience in Real Estate Development,
typically 6–15+ years, with focus on the quality and relevance of the
candidate’s experience.
- Previous experience working on NHC projects is a
must.
- Direct experience coordinating with the NHC
Development Team and acting as the main Point of Contact between the Real
Estate Developer and NHC is required.
- Experience in residential real estate
development projects.
- Experience specifically within the Development
function. Candidates whose experience is primarily in Construction Management,
Project Management, Design Management, Consulting, or Contracting are not
suitable.
- Strong exposure to the real estate development
sector, with a focus on residential real estate projects, particularly Villas
and Apartments.
- Strong English communication skills and good
Arabic understanding are required.
