Senior DevOps & AI Engineer

We're hiring a Senior DevOps & AI Engineer — Lahore, on-site, full-time.

Hot Prospector is a US SaaS company (Las Vegas, NV). Our platform is an AI-powered power dialer used by hundreds of agencies across the US — millions of calls, real-time telephony, and conversation intelligence on Twilio and AWS. We've been building since 2011 and we're mid-modernization: PHP monolith → Node.js microservices, telephony rebuilt on Twilio TaskRouter, AI products on top.

We're opening our Lahore office. This is one of our first senior technical hires there, and the person we hire will help define how engineering runs in it.

Half the role is infrastructure. AWS, Aurora, Redis, queues and workers, observability, CI/CD, incident response, and security posture. Right now we learn about problems when customers call us. Fixing that is your first project.

Half the role is AI product engineering. You'll own one of our AI products end to end — concept to production, not maintenance.

You'll report directly to the CEO. No layers.

What we're looking for:

• 6+ years running production systems
• Deep AWS — you can debug connection pool exhaustion at 2am and explain why it happened
• Strong Node.js; comfortable in PHP or willing to be
• Real security instincts
• Fluent English and Urdu
• Twilio / telephony experience is a big plus

Just as important: You improve what exists before you rebuild it. You explain your reasoning to non-engineers. No ego — you're joining to make an established team better, not to prove they were wrong.
