Job Description
Dev Ops Engineer- 1st Shift
Plano, TX or Richmond, VA
12 months – hybrid onsite position – 3 days in office/2 remote
Required skillset:
- DevOps - CI/CD Pipeline, Jenkins
- SRE - Observability
- Readiness for On-call
- Incident Management (TOC)
- Software Engineering - Some prog exp & understanding of IDE
Required Qualifications
- Must complete the required technical assessment as part of the interview process.
- Hands-on DevOps experience supporting enterprise technology environments.
- Experience developing and supporting CI/CD pipelines.
- Hands-on experience with Jenkins.
- Experience with Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) concepts and practices.
- Experience with observability and monitoring of production systems.
- Experience supporting or participating in on-call rotations.
- Experience with incident management and production troubleshooting.
- Software engineering experience with an understanding of programming concepts and development environments/IDEs.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with software engineering, infrastructure, and operations teams.
