You'll work across automation, platform engineering, observability and governance, helping deliver scalable solutions at enterprise scale.

About the Role

This is a senior engineering role focused on building resilient automation, modernising CI/CD capabilities and driving engineering best practices across a highly regulated environment. You'll work across automation, platform engineering, observability and governance, helping deliver scalable solutions at enterprise scale.
What You'll Be Doing
- Designing and delivering enterprise-scale automation solutions using Ansible and Python.
- Building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines using GitHub and Jenkins.
- Developing Infrastructure and Automation standards across complex environments.
- Integrating observability, monitoring and compliance capabilities into delivery pipelines.
- Supporting secrets management and secure automation practices using HashiCorp Vault.
- Driving governance, quality controls and engineering best practices.
- Mentoring engineers and providing technical leadership across delivery teams.
- 10+ years' experience within DevOps, Platform Engineering or Automation-focused roles.
- Strong Ansible Automation Platform (AAP) experience.
- Expertise with Jenkins, GitHub and CI/CD pipeline development.
- Strong Python engineering capability.
- Experience with HashiCorp Vault, Nexus and API integrations.
- Proven technical leadership and mentoring experience.
- Experience working within highly regulated enterprise environments.
- Exposure to IBM Z environments, z/OSMF or zOAU would be highly advantageous.
