Key Responsibilities
- Drive the optimisation and standardisation of Requirements Management processes across engineering programmes.
- Establish and maintain traceability between requirements, design, implementation, testing, and verification activities.
- Build and manage CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins and related DevOps technologies.
- Support the implementation of Agile and DevOps methodologies across engineering teams.
- Configure, integrate, and maintain development tools including Jira, Bitbucket, Artifactory, and related platforms.
- Develop automation scripts to improve workflow efficiency and reduce manual effort.
- Manage build environments, deployment processes, and software release activities.
- Design engineering dashboards and reporting solutions to provide project and operational insights.
- Support cloud-based infrastructure deployments and containerised environments.
- Collaborate with global engineering teams to drive continuous improvement initiatives.
- Contribute to cybersecurity compliance and secure development practices.
