Designs, maintains, and scales AWS-based cloud infrastructure for a grocery ecommerce business, ensuring reliable storefronts, apps, and deliveries via CI/CD pipelines, monitoring, and container orchestration.
Own the cloud infrastructure, pipelines, and monitoring that keep our grocery business running. Our stores, apps, and deliveries depend on it, so reliability is non-negotiable.
What you’ll work on
- Cloud infrastructure across services and regions (primarily AWS)
- CI/CD pipelines that let the team ship safely and often
- Monitoring, alerting, and incident response for production systems
- Containerised, orchestrated services with security built in
What you’ll do
- Design, run, and scale cloud infrastructure (primarily AWS).
- Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines so the team ships safely and often.
- Own monitoring, logging, alerting, and incident response.
- Containerise and orchestrate services (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Bake in security and cost-efficiency by default.
What we’re looking for
- 5+ years in DevOps, SRE, or cloud/platform engineering.
- Deep AWS experience and infrastructure-as-code (Terraform or similar).
- Strong with Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD tooling.
- Calm under pressure and good at preventing fires, not just fighting them.
- Automation-minded and happy to adopt AI ops tooling.
