As a Senior DevOps Engineer at Bridgewise, you will play a crucial role in our technology operations.

You will be responsible for ensuring the availability, reliability, and performance of our systems while contributing to the continuous improvement of our development and deployment processes.

Requirements

• 10+ years in software, cloud, infrastructure, or security architecture, including senior architect experience and

enterprise-grade SaaS environments.

• Deep practical experience with AWS, cloud security, distributed systems, Kubernetes, microservices, APIs,

DevSecOps, CI/CD, and disaster recovery.

• Strong expertise in IAM, application/API security, enterprise authentication and authorization, and

customer-facing security integrations.

• Familiarity with AI/LLM security and AI-assisted development is highly advantageous; strong technical

leadership and communication skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Cloud Services Management: Manage and optimize our cloud infrastructure on AWS, Azure & GCP ensuring scalability and cost-effectiveness.
• Implement security best practices and monitor cloud resources for performance and security.
• Infrastructure as Code: Utilize Terraform to define and manage infrastructure as code, automating the provisioning and configuration of resources.
• Maintain version-controlled infrastructure code for reproducibility and scalability.
• Continuous Integration and Deployment: Design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins for efficient and reliable software delivery.
• Automate deployment processes and ensure smooth releases.
• Code Quality and Security: Implement and manage code quality checks and security scans using tools like Sonarqube.
• Work closely with development teams to resolve code quality issues and security vulnerabilities.
• Version Control and Collaboration: Manage and enhance our version control system on GitHub, ensuring efficient code collaboration and branching strategies.
• Facilitate the integration of code changes across development teams.
• System Administration: Administer Linux-based systems, ensuring their performance, security, and reliability.
• Troubleshoot and resolve system-related issues in a timely manner.
• Monitoring and Analytics: Implement monitoring solutions using Grafana and other tools to proactively identify and address system issues.
• Utilize Cloud Front, Rout53 and API gateway for efficient content delivery and security.
• Database Management: Apply your database knowledge to optimize and maintain database systems.
• Collaborate with development teams to ensure efficient database design and query performance.
