Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Application Support / DevOps Engineer with strong hands-on experience in Windows Server administration, IIS configuration, application deployment, SQL Server administration, and production troubleshooting.

The ideal candidate should have experience deploying and supporting web applications, managing application infrastructure, troubleshooting .NET/PHP applications, and handling production migrations.

Key Responsibilities

• Install, configure, and administer Windows Servers.
• Deploy and manage web applications on Windows Server environments.
• Install, configure, and troubleshoot IIS (Internet Information Services).
• Install, configure, and maintain Microsoft SQL Server databases.
• Manage SSL certificates and troubleshoot certificate-related issues.
• Deploy and troubleshoot .NET Framework and modern .NET applications/APIs.
• Troubleshoot PHP applications and REST APIs.
• Support production deployments, application migrations, cutover, rollback, and post-deployment stabilization.
• Coordinate with Infrastructure, Security, Database, Development, QA, and Application Support teams.
• Perform application monitoring, issue resolution, and system maintenance.
• Work with Ansible scripts for infrastructure automation (added advantage).
• Provide Linux OS administration and support (added advantage).

Required Skills

• 5–6+ years of experience in Application Support, DevOps, Systems Engineering, or Infrastructure Administration.
• Strong hands-on experience with Windows Server administration.
• Expertise in IIS installation, configuration, and troubleshooting.
• Experience deploying and supporting web applications.
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft SQL Server.
• Good understanding of SSL certificates and HTTPS configuration.
• Experience with .NET Framework / Modern .NET applications and REST APIs.
• Troubleshooting experience with PHP applications.

Good to Have

• Working knowledge of Ansible scripting.
• Hands-on experience with Linux operating systems.
• Experience in DevOps and infrastructure automation.
• Production migration and deployment experience.
