Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain CI/CD pipelines ensuring alignment with project timelines and quality standards.
- Manage source control systems using Git and implement effective branching strategies.
- Collaborate with development, QA, and infrastructure teams to streamline build, release, and deployment processes.
- Integrate and maintain tools such as Jira, BitBucket, Confluence, Artifactory, SonarQube, and Fortify.
- Support and troubleshoot issues in Linux and Windows environments.
- Develop and manage containerized applications and orchestration platforms (preferably OpenShift).
- Implement and maintain GitOps and Infrastructure as Code (IaC) practices (preferably using Terraform).
- Collaborate on Configuration Management, Release Management, and database deployment processes.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives to enhance system performance and delivery efficiency.
- Prepare and present regular progress and risk reports to stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Minimum 8 years of experience in a DevOps or related role.
- Strong understanding of CI/CD principles, automation, and cloud environments.
- Experience with OpenShift, Docker, or other container orchestration platforms.
- Working knowledge of Linux and Windows Server environments.
- Familiarity with web servers (IIS, Apache, Nginx, HAProxy) and client-server architectures.
- Experience with IaC tools (Terraform preferred).
- Excellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
- Fluent in English (written and spoken).
