Senior DevOps Engineer (AWS & CI/CD)

Job Description

We are looking for an experienced DevOps Engineer to design, implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure automation and deployment solutions in AWS environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines using GitLab CI/CD.

• Develop and maintain Infrastructure as Code (IaC) for AWS deployments.

• Implement automated build, test, deployment and release processes.

• Manage Git repositories, pipeline configurations and deployment artefacts.

• Troubleshoot complex pipeline failures and deployment issues.

• Develop scripts and automation for infrastructure and application deployments.

• Integrate SAST, DAST and SCA security tools into CI/CD pipelines.

• Implement deployment controls, approvals, logging and traceability.

• Support configuration management and release management activities.

• Document deployment architecture and automation procedures.

Requirements

• Minimum 6 years of overall relevant experience.

• Minimum 5 years in DevOps, CI/CD, Infrastructure as Code and AWS deployment automation.

• Strong hands-on experience with GitLab CI/CD, Git and deployment automation.

• Experience with Terraform or other IaC tools.

• Strong scripting and pipeline troubleshooting experience.

• Experience integrating SAST, DAST and SCA security controls into CI/CD pipelines.

• Hands-on AWS deployment experience.

• Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science or equivalent qualification.

• AWS Certified DevOps Engineer – Professional certification required.
