Our client is a US-based investment management business of an American Fortune Global 500 and Fortune 500 company whose subsidiaries provide insurance, investment management, and other financial products and services to both retail and institutional customers throughout the United States and in over 40 other countries.
PROJECT OVERVIEW
The client has recently started developing a system that requires enhancements before its final implementation. The system is a data warehouse consolidating data flows and processing information to present to end-users in an understandable format. The project involves optimizing the system and migrating from on-premise software to AWS cloud services. We are the sole vendor working on this task, and we need to expand the team. The focus is on migrating the client's internal system, used by internal users and generating analytics for external clients. The system was developed some time ago by the client's own resources, and an architectural team has provided recommendations for its optimization.
TEAM
The project team comprises 7 members: 4 Data Engineers, 1 Architect, 1 DevOps Engineer, and 1 Frontend Developer (Angular).
POSITION OVERVIEW
The team is expanding, and we are seeking a Senior DevOps Engineer to work with the client as part of their architectural team, alongside approximately 10 client-side employees. Other teams within the company also include Frontend (Angular) Developers and DevOps Engineers working with this internal system.
