Work with global clients and Vietnam development to understand business needs and develop technical solutions to support DevOps needs
Deploy product updates, identify production issues, and implement integrations that meet customer needs
Develop and improve business continuity planning and disaster recovery protocols for cloud-based systems
Design, deploy and maintain CI/CD pipelines across multiple environments
Maintain/monitor/troubleshoot issues in the internal environments in the cloud.
Develop new deployment pipeline for the core products to better control product quality, increase team’s productivity, accuracy and efficiency, and reduce product’s time to market
Design, promote, support containers, microservices and cloud deployment and support repeatable and friction-less Continuous Integration
Be responsible for building and running systems that make software engineering faster, better and safer
Provide mentoring/training for junior members if any
Perform other tasks assigned by the Leader/ Manager

General Requirements

Intermediate English, with the ability to work directly with international clients and teams.
4+ years of experience in DevOps, Cloud Infrastructure, or related roles, including 3+ years with cloud, IaaS, or PaaS platforms.
Strong experience in system design, distributed environments, and IP networking.
Ability to understand client needs, propose suitable solutions, and work independently.
Strong problem-solving, self-learning, adaptability, and teamwork skills.

Technical Requirements

Experience building and maintaining end-to-end CI/CD pipelines.
Hands-on experience with Windows Server Core, CentOS Linux, and IIS.
Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, Helm, and AWS services such as EC2, RDS, ElastiCache, ELB, Route 53, and Systems Manager.
Experience with CloudFormation, Terraform, Chef, Ansible, or PowerShell DSC.
Familiarity with REST, WCF, SQL, MongoDB, Elasticsearch, and Redis.
Proficiency in PowerShell, Bash, C#, or Node.js.
Experience with Jenkins, TeamCity, or Octopus Deploy.
AI-first mindset for build, deployment, automation, and troubleshooting activities.

Nice to have:

Experience using AI chat tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, etc.) for research, debugging, and learning
Familiarity with at least one AI coding assistant (GitHub Copilot, Cursor, Claude Code, or similar)
Ability to write clear, contextual prompts to generate code snippets, unit tests, or documentation
Awareness of AI output limitations and responsible AI use (data privacy, handling of sensitive client data)
