Senior DevOps Engineer (AWS / Kubernetes)

We are looking for a Senior DevOps Engineer to join a project for our EU-based client in the FinTech domain.
You will work on a modern cloud infrastructure and be responsible for building, maintaining, and improving highly available and secure environments.

What you’ll do
Design, maintain, and improve cloud infrastructure in AWS
Work with Kubernetes / Amazon EKS
Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines using GitHub
Implement and manage GitOps workflows with ArgoCD
Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize production environments
Work with Elasticsearch and related infrastructure
Improve system reliability, scalability, and performance
Automate infrastructure and operational processes
Troubleshoot complex infrastructure and production issues
Collaborate with developers and other technical teams

Requirements
5+ years of experience in DevOps / SRE
Strong hands-on experience with AWS
Solid experience with Kubernetes, especially Amazon EKS
Experience with ArgoCD and GitOps practices
Strong knowledge of GitHub and CI/CD
Production experience with Elasticsearch
Strong Linux administration and troubleshooting skills
Experience with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform or similar)
Understanding of networking, security, monitoring, and high-availability concepts
Ability to investigate and resolve complex production issues independently
Good English communication skills

Would be a plus
Experience in FinTech / financial services
Experience with highly regulated or security-sensitive environments
AWS certifications
Experience with Prometheus, Grafana, CloudWatch or similar monitoring tools
Experience with Helm
Scripting skills in Bash or Python
