Senior DevOps Engineer | Cloud, Kubernetes & Automation

Build and maintain Kubernetes, Terraform, and cloud infrastructure for a fintech company, automating deployments and ensuring platform reliability.
What You'll Be Doing
- Build and manage production-grade Kubernetes environments across cloud and hybrid infrastructure
- Develop and maintain Infrastructure as Code using Terraform
- Automate, secure, and optimise cloud environments in AWS and/or Azure
- Manage advanced Helm deployments and containerised workloads
- Implement observability and monitoring using Prometheus, Grafana, Loki, Alloy, and Tempo
- Support CI/CD pipelines and streamline software delivery processes
- Troubleshoot complex infrastructure challenges and drive platform reliability
- Mentor junior team members and contribute to DevOps best practices
What We're Looking For
- 5+ years\' experience in DevOps, Cloud Engineering, or Platform Engineering roles
- Strong Linux administration and engineering background
- Hands-on experience building, administering, and maintaining Kubernetes clusters
- Deep expertise in AWS or Azure cloud environments
- Proven Infrastructure as Code experience with Terraform
- Strong scripting skills in Bash, Python, or PowerShell
- Solid understanding of cloud security, governance, and networking principles
- Ability to collaborate closely with engineering teams and understand application architecture
Bonus Points For
- Certified Kubernetes Administrator (CKA) or similar certification
- Experience within fintech or other regulated environments
- Advanced database administration and optimisation experience
- GitLab CI/CD exposure
