You'll join a team modernising a core solution, moving from a legacy environment to a cloud first architecture on Azure.
This role is focused on building and scaling the platform that underpins our applications. You'll design and optimise CI/CD pipelines, deliver infrastructure as code, and enable developers to deploy and operate systems more efficiently and reliably.
You'll work closely with engineering teams, but your primary focus will be on automation, infrastructure, and deployment processes, rather than building product features.
You'll be joining at a point where the Dev Ops foundations are still evolving, so there is real opportunity to shape standards, tooling, and ways of working.

Essential requirements Experience in Dev Ops, SRE, or platform engineering roles Hands-on experience with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform essential) Experience designing and managing CI/CD pipelines Experience working with cloud platforms (Azure preferred, AWS also considered) Experience with containerisation (Docker) and orchestration (Kubernetes) Experience with monitoring and observability tools (e.g. Prometheus, Grafana, ELK) Scripting or coding experience (Python, Power Shell or similar) Understanding of security, compliance, and deployment practices Comfortable working across infrastructure and development teams Desirable requirements Experience supporting.
