Job Summary
We are looking for a Senior DevOps Engineer with strong hands-on experience in production cloud/DevOps environments, infrastructure management, CI/CD, automation, monitoring, security, and troubleshooting.
Key Responsibilities
• Minimum 8 years of relevant DevOps / Cloud / Infrastructure experience
• Strong hands-on experience supporting production B2B/B2C applications
• Proven experience with AWS, including services such as EC2,ECS, RDS, VPC, IAM, ALB, WAF, CloudWatch, S3, Route 53, etc.
• Strong understanding of cloud architecture, networking, and infrastructure design
• Good knowledge of security architecture, IAM, least-privilege access, network security, encryption, secrets management, and security best practices
• Strong experience in CI/CD, preferably GitHub Actions, Jenkins, or similar tools
• Experience with Infrastructure as Code, preferably Terraform or CloudFormation
• Strong knowledge of observability, including monitoring, logging, metrics, tracing, alerting, and incident management
• Experience in SRE practices, including availability, reliability, scalability, performance monitoring, SLIs/SLOs/SLAs, and production incident management
• Experience in handling production incidents, RCA, problem management, and service recovery
• Strong understanding of high availability, disaster recovery, backup, and business continuity
• Experience implementing and managing WAF, security controls, vulnerability management, and compliance requirements
• Good understanding of containerization and Kubernetes would be an added advantage
• Experience working with multi-account and multi-environment AWS architectures
• Ability to review existing architecture, identify risks and gaps, and recommend improvements
• Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills, with the ability to independently resolve complex production issues
• Experience working with development, QA, security, and business teams in a production support environment
