Introduction & Summary The role of Senior IT Engineer requires a hands-on professional with a blend of infrastructure expertise and financial systems knowledge. This individual will take ownership of applications while ensuring the stability of critical business services that support trading, settlement, reconciliation, and market connectivity. A solid background in various technical areas is essential for success in this position. Main Responsibilities Oversee enterprise application ownership and lifecycle management. Ensure seamless financial systems integration and utilize middleware technologies. Support production operations of business-critical systems and manage incident responses. Conduct network troubleshooting and maintain connectivity management. Modernize infrastructure architecture and platform. Manage change, release, and configuration processes effectively. Create and maintain comprehensive technical documentation. Key Requirements Expertise in enterprise application lifecycle management. Proficiency in financial systems integration and middleware technologies. Extensive experience in production operations and system support. Strong skills in incident management and root cause analysis. Knowledge of network troubleshooting and connectivity management. Understanding of infrastructure architecture. Experience with change, release, and configuration management. Nice to Have Familiarity with SmartStream CORONA reconciliation platform. Experience with FIX Engine / FIXeed. Knowledge of market infrastructure integrations.
