Senior DevOps Engineer

We are seeking a skilled Senior DevOps Engineer to join our team. This role is well-suited for someone who enjoys solving complex infrastructure challenges and streamlining engineering workflows at scale. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams to support reliable, efficient, and secure development operations. Responsibilities

• Plan and execute large-scale platform migrations while minimizing disruption to ongoing development work
• Design and maintain automated workflows that support consistent, repeatable deployment processes
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues across build, release, and integration pipelines
• Establish and enforce access controls, permissions, and security configurations across development platforms
• Develop scripts and tools to streamline repetitive operational and administrative tasks
• Collaborate with engineering teams to assess infrastructure needs and recommend improvements
• Monitor system health and performance, proactively addressing potential points of failure
• Document processes, configurations, and migration procedures to support knowledge sharing across teams

Requirements

• A minimum of 3 years of relevant experience as a DevOps Engineer
• Hands-on experience with GitHub Enterprise Cloud and EMU administration, including repository and organization migrations using GitHub Enterprise Importer (GEI)
• Experience migrating and troubleshooting GitHub Actions and CI/CD workflows, including self-hosted runners, secrets, permissions, and related integrations
• Proficiency in Python and/or PowerShell, along with GitHub REST and GraphQL APIs, for automating repository migrations, configuration tasks, permissions management, and post-migration validation
• Upper-Intermediate English language competency (B2)
