About the Role They are looking for a Senior DevOps Engineer to help build, manage, and evolve a Microsoft Azure-based platform environment. This role is ideal for someone who combines strong cloud infrastructure expertise with operational ownership, automation capability, and a collaborative mindset.
Responsibilities Manage, monitor, and provision Microsoft Azure environments and Azure DevOps infrastructure
Support and improve cloud platform reliability, scalability, and operational performance
Build and maintain Infrastructure as Code using Terraform and Bicep
Develop and support automation and scripting solutions using PowerShell
Work with Kubernetes environments, including AKS and K3s
Maintain and optimize CI/CD pipelines and deployment processes
Strengthen observability using tools such as Log Analytics and Application Insights
Support platform operations across systems, security, testing, databases, and infrastructure health
Work with Microsoft enterprise technologies such as Active Directory, Windows Server, and Azure SQL
Collaborate closely with engineering and cross‑functional stakeholders to improve platform standards, delivery quality, and operational maturity
Contribute to a culture of transparency, partnership, and technical excellence in a hybrid, team‑oriented environment.
Qualifications Around 8+ years of experience in DevOps, cloud infrastructure, platform engineering, or related areas
Required Skills Strong hands‑on experience with Microsoft Azure
Proven experience managing Azure and Azure DevOps environments
Strong background in Azure environment management, monitoring, and provisioning
Strong hands‑on knowledge of Kubernetes
Infrastructure as Code experience with Terraform
Scripting skills with PowerShell and Bicep
Good understanding of deployment processes and CI/CD pipelines
Experience with Log Analytics and Application Insights
Knowledge of operations management, systems security, testing, and databases
Experience with Microsoft Active Directory, Windows Server, and Microsoft Azure SQL
Strong communication and collaboration skills
Ability to work maturely and effectively within a team, including in challenging or conflicting situations
Nice to have: CKA or comparable Kubernetes certification
Pay range and package: Salary range of €78,000 – €84,000 gross annually
