- Engagement with Client executives and IT leaders to understand current operations.
- Own end-to-end outcome definition, prioritization, delivery path, and measurable impact for each transformation
engagement. - Lead Sprint execution along with Platform engineer and AI Engineering specialist.
- Translate proven outcomes into outcome-based contract proposals in partnership with Account and Sales teams.
Requirements
- 10 to 15 years of overall professional experience in infrastructure services, managed services, enterprise technology, consulting, product management or transformation roles.
- Minimum 3 years in a role with direct product, offer or outcome-roadmap ownership. This may be titled Product Manager, Offer Manager, Transformation Lead, Solution Lead or senior technical/delivery leadership role with clear accountability for roadmap, prioritization and scope trade-offs.
- Hands-on depth/experience in at least one mandatory infrastructure domain: secure networking, cybersecurity, data center infrastructure.
- Practical exposure to ITOps, NOC/SOC operations, ITSM, incident and escalation management, lifecycle/EoX management, patching, asset management, or service assurance.
- Direct exposure to commercial and pricing models in a infrastructure services context, such as SLA-based governance, outcome-based pricing, performance governance, gainshare or value-linked models.
- Experience engaging enterprise clients and operating in regulated or high-governance environments such as banking, financial services, healthcare, energy, public sector or similarly controlled industries.
- Working exposure to AI-assisted operations, AIOps, automation, agentic workflows or AI-native platforms. Deep AI/ML engineering expertise is not mandatory, but conceptual fluency is required.
- Outcome discovery and problem framing: ability to convert observed client pain points into scoped outcome opportunities.
- Product and offer management: ability to own roadmap, prioritization, backlog, trade-offs and value hypotheses.
- Executive storytelling: ability to translate infrastructure signals into business-outcome language for CIO, COO, CFO, CISO and transformation leaders.
- Data literacy: comfort with baseline creation, KPI instrumentation, before/after proof metrics, dashboards and business-value reporting.
- AI operations fluency: working knowledge of agentic or AI-assisted operations, multi-agent orchestration, human-in-the-loop controls, explainability and governance.
- Cross-functional orchestration: ability to coordinate Sales, Platform, Engineering, Service Line, Delivery and client-side stakeholders without losing outcome accountability.
- Commercial thinking: ability to connect technical proof to contract-ready business value.
