Senior DevOps Engineer
Summary
Senior DevOps Engineer owns and improves Fit4Me’s AWS-based infrastructure, implements IaC with Terraform/Ansible, and builds CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions.
Fit4Me is looking for a Senior DevOps Engineer who will take full ownership of the project's architecture and grow it within an in-house team — with maximum autonomy.
Your core challenge: audit the current architecture, propose and implement key improvements, working in close collaboration with different departments across the company.

- Develop and maintain infrastructure on AWS (EC2, ECS, ALB, Route53, CloudFront, S3, ECR, IAM, SSM, WAF, CloudWatch).
- Implement and maintain Infrastructure as Code through Terraform and Ansible.
- Build and improve CI/CD processes through GitHub Actions.
- Manage secrets and security through HashiCorp Vault.
- Set up monitoring and alerting through the Prometheus stack (Grafana, Loki, Alertmanager).
- Handle architectural requests from various departments across the company.
- Maintain Nginx, MongoDB, and PostgreSQL.
- 5+ years of experience as a DevOps Engineer.
- Confident command of Linux, Bash, Python.
- Hands-on experience with Docker and Docker Compose.
- Deep knowledge of AWS (EC2, ECS, ALB, Route53, CloudFront, S3, ECR, IAM, SSM, WAF, CloudWatch).
- Experience with Terraform and Ansible.
- Experience building CI/CD through GitHub Actions.
- Experience with HashiCorp Vault.
- Experience setting up monitoring through the Prometheus stack (Grafana, Loki, Alertmanager).
- Experience with Nginx, MongoDB, PostgreSQL, Git.
- A high level of autonomy, proactivity, and initiative in daily work.
- Strong communication skills for working across multiple departments.
- English proficiency: B1 level or higher.
- Experience working with GCP alongside AWS.
- Experience conducting architecture audits in product teams.
