Senior Devops Engineer

Role & responsibilities

- Build self-healing automation, auto-remediation workflows, and event-driven incident resolution systems

- Develop internal SRE tools, reliability APIs, and operational dashboards - Implement observability stack metrics, tracing, logging, SLOs using Prometheus, Grafana, and OpenTelemetry

- Design and enforce system resilience patterns: retries, circuit breakers, graceful degradation, and fallback mechanisms

- Debug distributed system failures, investigate latency issues, and drive down MTTR

- Strong coding ability in Python/ Go/ Node.js/TypeScript/ Shell

- Kubernetes (required), Docker, Linux, and at least one cloud platform (AWS / GCP / Azure)

- Terraform, Helm, CI/CD pipelines, and Git workflows

- Solid understanding of distributed systems: retries, idempotency, async patterns, Kafka, caching, rate limiting

- Experience with Kubernetes operators/controllers, ArgoCD, or chaos engineering - Background in synthetic monitoring or reliability testing
