Summary
Senior DevOps Engineer joining an observability team at an energy-sector client in Amersfoort (hybrid, 1-2 days onsite), building and evolving a cloud-native observability platform on AWS and Kubernetes for multiple DevOps teams. 6-month contract with extension option; stack includes Terraform, Helm, GitLab, ArgoCD, Prometheus and Grafana.
We are currently looking for a Senior DevOps Engineer to join a observability team within the energy sector. You'll play a key role in building and evolving a cloud-native observability platform used by multiple DevOps teams, helping to deliver scalable, secure and automated services across a large AWS-based environment.
Additional details:
- Location: Amersfoort (Hybrid - 1-2 days onsite)
- Contract length: 6 months with option to extend
- Tech: AWS, Kubernetes, Helm, Terraform, GitLab, ArgoCD, Prometheus, Grafana, Grafana Loki
Key responsibilities include:
- Designing and developing observability services for internal engineering teams
- Enhancing AWS-based Kubernetes platforms using Infrastructure as Code
- Driving automation, GitOps adoption and operational excellence
- Collaborating closely with DevOps teams to improve monitoring, logging and tracing capabilities
