What you'll be doing

• Build, operate, and optimise cloud infrastructure across development, staging, and production environments
• Design and implement Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform
• Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines to improve software delivery and platform reliability
• Manage containerised environments using Docker, Kubernetes, and Argo CD
• Enhance monitoring, logging, alerting, and observability across platforms
• Support incident management, root-cause analysis, and post-incident reviews
• Implement redundancy, failover, backup, and disaster recovery solutions aligned to business RTOs and RPOs
• Work closely with security teams to embed DevSecOps practices
• Drive vulnerability management, patching, secure configuration, and compliance initiatives

What we're looking for

• 7+ years' experience in DevOps, Cloud Infrastructure, or Systems Engineering
• Strong commercial experience with AWS (Azure or GCP exposure advantageous)
• Solid Linux administration skills in production environments
• Hands-on experience with Terraform
• Strong experience with containers and orchestration technologies
• Experience building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines
• Scripting experience with Python, Bash, or Ruby
• Good understanding of networking, databases, and messaging systems
• Exposure to secure and compliant environments
• Experience with PCI-DSS and/or ISO27001 is advantageous
• Experience in FinTech, technology, or other high-growth environments is highly desirable
