You will be working jointly with product engineering, cloud operations and the customer success teams to deliver an excellent customer experience for S/4HANA Cloud. What you will do Continuously develop and mature our automation landscape (e.g. Ansible, Terraform, K8S, Python,…) to help reduce manual efforts across the full S/4HANA stack and application lifecycle in Dev and Ops Participate in reliability risk assessments to identify improvement measures and implement corrective/preventive measures jointly with product engineering and cloud operations Support Development & Operations teams during service restoration of major incidents or critical upgrades (might occasionally require on-call duties or weekend work) Leverage failure as learning and improvement opportunities by engaging in Post-Mortems and
