Senior DevOps Engineer

Role Overview
Design, automate, and continuously improve infrastructure, CI/CD pipelines, deployment processes, and operational workflows. Ensure critical systems are stable, available, scalable, secure, and responsive. Strengthen monitoring and incident handling, reduce repetitive manual work, and manage production and non-production environments to support reliable software delivery and faster recovery from issues.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, maintain, and continuously improve CI/CD pipelines and deployment processes.

• Automate infrastructure provisioning, configuration, monitoring, and routine operational tasks.

• Ensure systems are stable, available, scalable, secure, and responsive across production and non-production environments.

• Manage Dev, SIT, UAT, and production environments and support environment readiness.

• Implement monitoring and alerting to identify and resolve issues proactively.

• Support incident handling, root-cause analysis, corrective actions, and faster service recovery.

• Improve application and infrastructure performance, capacity, and resilience.

• Support test data preparation and secure data provisioning throughout testing cycles.

• Integrate security and compliance controls into development and deployment workflows.

• Collaborate with Development, Infrastructure, Security, and QA teams to deliver reliable software releases.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field.

• 7–10+ years of experience in DevOps, infrastructure automation, system operations, or environment management.

• Strong hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines, deployment automation, and DevSecOps practices.

• Experience with tools such as GitLab, Jenkins, SonarQube, Nexus, and Dynatrace.

• Strong knowledge of system availability, performance, scalability, security, monitoring, and incident handling.

• Experience managing Dev, SIT, UAT, and production environments.

• Ability to automate infrastructure, configuration, and routine operational tasks using scripting or related tools.

• Experience supporting test data preparation, secure data provisioning, and environment readiness.

• Knowledge of cybersecurity principles and relevant compliance frameworks.

• Strong problem-solving, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.

• Good written and verbal communication skills in English.
